Forms in, document out
There's no blank canvas and no dragging boxes around. The editor asks for exactly what a benefits guide needs: your medical plans side by side, deductibles and copays, Rx tiers, HSA and FSA details, dental, vision, life, disability, and what comes out of each paycheck. You answer; the layout, tables, and page breaks are our problem.

Three themes, your logo, your color
Fewer knobs than Canva on purpose. You pick the theme and the accent color; section order and table design are already decided, which is why the result looks designed.
If you're the whole HR department
Open enrollment is six weeks out and the broker sent a rate spreadsheet and their regards. You could rebuild last year's Word document, or spend an hour here and hand employees something they'll actually read. $39 is less than the coffee budget for one benefits meeting.

What it will never do
No employee data
The product stores plan details, your logo, and your email. There are no fields for employee names, elections, or health information, so your employees' data never touches us.
No advice
It formats what you type. It never recommends a plan, compares plans for anyone, or says one option is better. That call belongs to you and your broker.
No compliance documents
SPDs, SBCs, and required annual notices come from your broker or counsel. Your guide includes a placeholder page that says exactly that.
No enrollment
The guide links out to your real enrollment system. Nobody logs in here except you.
